With click-to-dial you make outbound calls by clicking a phone number in i-Reserve; your phone rings and the call is set up. You no longer have to retype numbers, which saves time and prevents typos.

Do I see right away who's calling?

Yes. Incoming calls are recognised and linked to the right contact in i-Reserve, so you can address the customer personally straight away without first having to look up their details.

Are calls logged with the customer automatically?

Yes. Both incoming and outgoing calls are logged and linked to the right contact, can be recorded, and you can add notes per call. That way you have a continuous record of what was discussed and when.

Do I have to switch to WeCloudit as my telephony provider?

No, you don't have to. The calling module works with your own telephony provider; WeCloudit is i-Reserve's house provider and is fully supported, but it isn't a requirement.

Does the integration work on both Mac and Windows?

Yes. i-Reserve is a web application that runs in the browser, so the WeCloudit integration and click-to-dial work on both Mac and Windows, with no separate installation.

Does the telephony integration work together with i-Reserve's CRM?

Yes. The calling module is part of the CRM: conversations, notes and recordings end up with the right customer or company, alongside your email, SMS and chat communication in the unified inbox.
