Use a review system to have your brand, business, or products rated by satisfied customers. Try collecting reviews for free

Create an account on a review platform. This could be Trustpilot, but also Klantenvertellen.nl, tevreden.nl, Kiyoh, TripAdvisor, or one of the many others. You can often (depending on the chosen platform) start with a free account to get acquainted with the review platform; optionally, you can opt for a paid account to have more options for displaying reviews on your own website. The invitation to leave a review can be sent from the review platform. With a free account, you often have no control over the email templates.


Collecting reviews via the i-Reserve reservation system

You can also set up an email template directly from the reservation system of i-Reserve to invite customers to leave a review. Alternatively, you can add an extra section to the booking confirmation email inviting customers to submit a rating.

How does this work? Through our reservation system, you can set up an email workflow. This means that an email is automatically sent after a reservation has changed status. This is useful for automatically sending a confirmation, a reminder, and also for requesting a review.

To do this, you create a standard template in your own reservation environment for requesting reviews. You then set up the email workflow for requesting reviews. What was the previous status of the reservation and what will the new status be — in other words, when should the email be sent to the customer. Our reservation system automatically emails the customer once the new status has been reached.

In addition to stars in standard search results, you can also (with a sufficient number of Google reviews) earn stars in your Google adverts.
