Want to offer two or more products together? In i-Reserve you do that with packages. Think of a meeting room with lunch, a sports activity with dinner or a combination of leisure activities. Your guests book the package in one go. Behind the scenes, i-Reserve checks the availability of every part and blocks the booked day and time for each activity. You can also let the individual products be booked separately. Try it yourself in the activities demo: combine 1, 1.5 or 2 hours of bowling with grilling at the table.

Reports and management information
In the i-Reserve reservation system you filter your reservations, customers and invoices the way you want. You can also send each filter as an attachment. That way you decide which information goes to whom and when. This can run fully automatically, for example your management information every month to an email address or a secure FTP location. In the i-Reserve reservation system you link a location or person to your activity as a resource. That way you see straight away, while booking, whether that location or person is available. Staff see their scheduled activities directly in their calendar or via a filter. You can also schedule your staff right away when creating an activity. You can offer branches separately this way, optionally with different features. And rooms you also rent out in parts stay accurate: if one half is rented, the whole room can no longer be booked.
