Can I have different appointments booked in the same room?
Yes. An intake interview can take place in the same room as a doctor's appointment. Customers book two different kinds of appointment, and you set the reservation system up so both use the same room. Book the doctor's appointment and no intake interview can be booked at that time, because the room is taken.
Can I include an iCal file with the confirmation?
When a customer schedules an appointment you can send an automatic confirmation with all the details. That same e-mail can carry an iCal file, so the customer can put the appointment straight into their calendar.
