All booking details are gathered, validated and written straight into i-Reserve in the background.

From start to finish, the AI guides the booking. The ChatAgent pulls availability in real time and presents it clearly, recognises or registers the customer, offers extras (think a tennis racket or a coffee & tea package) and suggests smart combined bookings (an extra court, or a meeting room with drinks afterwards). Does i-Reserve process incoming email reservations automatically?
