On top of that, the ChatAgent lets your visitors book 24/7 in a natural conversation, in their own language, via chat, WhatsApp or phone. All booking details are gathered, validated and written straight into i-Reserve in the background.

The AI features work seamlessly with the rest of i-Reserve: they use your existing resources, availability and customer data, and write bookings directly into your reservations. From start to finish, the AI guides the booking. The ChatAgent pulls availability in real time and presents it clearly, recognises or registers the customer, offers extras (think a tennis racket or a coffee & tea package) and suggests smart combined bookings (an extra court, or a meeting room with drinks afterwards). Before finalising the booking, the assistant shows a full cost summary and explicitly asks for confirmation. The confirmation then follows by email, an inline payment link or SMS.
