i-Reserve sends the confirmation, payment confirmation or reminder automatically, in your own layout and in your customer's language.
Included in every plan: email templates for confirmation and reminder are included. Text messaging (SMS) is a separate module.
What it does
You link emails to the steps of a reservation. When the status changes, for example after payment, the right email goes out automatically. Every email is a template with fields from the reservation, such as the customer's name and the booked time. You attach a PDF, such as a quote, directions or your terms and conditions. And if you want to adjust something first, you edit the email before sending it.
