How does it work in practice for the customer?
The customer books a package (two or more activities or products combined in a single booking) through your reservation system. The customer can see the start and end time of the package in the overview, along with its individual components, and does not need to make a booking twice. The customer can also immediately see whether the combination is available. No more puzzling over the phone.
Behind the scenes
i-Reserve checks the availability of both activities in the package and ensures that the package booking automatically blocks the booked date and time for both activities. A package consists of a combination of multiple products. Booking the products individually therefore remains possible for the customer as well, if you wish to offer that option.
