i-Reserve connected to Evoko Home

Evoko Home is the management platform behind the Evoko Liso room displays: the touchscreens mounted next to your meeting rooms and workspaces that show at a glance whether a space is free or occupied. The integration between i-Reserve and Evoko Home keeps both systems in sync automatically.

The synchronisation runs both ways. A reservation you make in i-Reserve appears immediately on the right Liso display; a booking someone makes or cancels on the screen itself flows back into i-Reserve automatically. That way everyone — in the office and in the system — always works with the same, up-to-date availability.
