i-Reserve integrated with Box Sign

Box is a secure platform for storing, sharing and signing documents. With the integration between i-Reserve and Box you have orders signed digitally and legally via Box Sign — with no printing, scanning or post.

As soon as an order is ready to be signed, i-Reserve automatically generates the PDF(s) from your order templates, places them securely in Box and sends the customer a signature request. When the customer signs — or declines or lets it expire — the signed document and the signing log automatically return to the order and the order status is updated. No manual follow-up.
