Every webchat conversation appears as a clear thread in your channel, with the visitor's name and the page where the conversation started. New messages from the visitor and from your colleagues arrive as replies in that same thread, attachments included. When your team replies in Mattermost, that reply appears straight away in the chat on your website — fully two-way. On top of that you can send events such as booking confirmations and status changes to separate channels.
