i-Reserve comes with plenty of built-in possibilities for booking boats, cars, bikes, motorcycles or campers. You can extend them by adding extra modules that make your reservation system even more complete. The list below is just a selection of the many possibilities and benefits.

Planning

Het i-Reserve reserveringssysteem geeft je een overzichtelijke planning wanneer je boten verhuurd zijn, je kunt zien welke boten nog vrij zijn en hebt de mogelijkheid om aan te geven wanneer een boot in reparatie is.

24 uur per dag boeken

Via het online reserveringssysteem kunnen klanten 24 uur per dag reserveren op zowel pc als mobiel en ook zelf de reservering annuleren of wijzigen.

Variabele prijzen instellen

Het is mogelijk via het reserveringssysteem voor de verhuur in het hoogseizoen een andere prijs in te stellen dan in het laagseizoen. Ook is het mogelijk de prijs laten afwijken op bepaalde tijden, op bepaalde (feest)dagen of de prijs afhankelijk te maken van hoe ver je van te voren boekt.

Tijd tussen sessie

Laat het online reserveringssysteem automatisch tijd reserveren tussen 2 reserveringen in zodat mensen tijd hebben om op- en af te stappen of zodat je nog een technische check kunt doen.

Toegangscontrole met e-Tickets

Stuur klanten via het reserveringssysteem automatisch een mail met een QR code die je bij de ingang kunt scannen en in een oogopslag kunt zien of de reservering geldig is.

Onderhoud managen

Blokkeer je boten wanneer deze gerepareerd moeten worden of een onderhoudsbeurt nodig hebben. Door middel van de verdeelmethode kun je ook de slijtage evenredig over je boten verdelen.

Rapportages

Haal statistieken uit het i-Reserve reserveringssysteem door middel van filtering. Deze kun je ook automatisch versturen naar e-mailadressen. Hierdoor weet je welke boten goed verhuurd worden en hoeveel omzet je genereert.

Kalender en openingstijden

Zorg ervoor dat klanten niet kunnen boeken tijdens vakantiedagen en maakt je openingstijden afhankelijk van de dag en/of seizoen.

Huurcontract

Laat het systeem automatisch een huurcontract aanmaken en versturen naar de klant waarbij alle ingevoerde gegevens meteen op komen te staan.

CRM

Naast een reserveringssysteem is i-Reserve ook meteen een CRM-systeem waarbij je alle gegevens van klanten en bedrijven in kunt bijhouden. Met een handig overzicht van alle verstuurde mails.

Boekhoudprogramma

Online booking

Save time and let your customers make their own reservations online with this (included in your licence!) module. You decide which reservation interface you want to work with: appointment calendar, schedule, or a search & book function.

Online Payment via Pay

With this module (included in your license!) you can connect i-Reserve to Pay. This allows your customers to easily pay for their reservations or subscription fees online.

Online payment - other

With this module you can connect i-Reserve to a Payment Service Provider other than Pay, such as Mollie, Buckaroo or Cardgate. This way, your customers can pay for reservations or subscription fees online using the payment provider of your choice.

Invoice

With this module you can create invoices based on reservations. In addition, you can make use of extra functionalities such as partial invoices, merging draft invoices, creating direct debits and much more.

SMS

With this module you gain access to a completely new medium. All messages that can normally be sent by email are now also possible via SMS, such as sending a reminder.

Export

With this module you can export data to your financial administration. The balances are updated immediately. Multiple interfaces are available to, for example, REMS, Exact, Visma Cash, King, Accountview, Mamut, Snelstart, iMuis and Twinfield.

Punch Card

With punch cards, customers can pay in advance for multiple reservations. The most commonly used method is to offer a punch card with more credit. This way, you can easily offer a discount.

Gift Voucher

With the Gift Voucher module you gain a new marketing tool: the use of discount codes. Customers can purchase a gift voucher. Or offer discount codes yourself.

Subscription

Do periodic subscription fees need to be charged? With this module you can easily generate monthly or annual invoices for your members, for example.

E-ticket

The module can be used as an access control system. Scanning the e-tickets with our free scanner application immediately records the attendance of your visitor(s).

CRM

With this module you set up i-Reserve with customer relationship management capabilities. Assign a status to your customers, load emails and create advanced orders. Part of this module: companies with multiple contacts, log calls with the call module and use of tasks.

Kan ik een boot blokkeren wanneer deze in onderhoud is?

Je kunt heel makkelijk een boot blokkeren door een dummy reservering waardoor deze niet meer te boeken is voor de klant. Wanneer een boot voor langere tijd niet te boeken is kun je deze boot op inactief zetten of de kalender sluiten.

Kan ik de prijzen van het reserveringssysteem flexibel instellen?

Ja je kunt de prijzen flexibel instellen per perioden, per dag of op bepaalde tijden. Ook is het mogelijk een staffel in te stellen waardoor het goedkoper wordt naarmaten je langer huurt. Verder kun je werken met last minute kortingen, kortingen op het moment van boeken of een korting geven op het aantal deelnemers.
