How it works

i-Reserve connects with the CardGate checkout. Your customer pays there, and CardGate sends the payment back to i-Reserve, so the booking is processed as paid straight away.

Your customers pay for their booking online straight away with the payment method of their choice, and you have bookings and payments clearly together in i-Reserve. That saves time on your bookkeeping. With CardGate you only pay for successful transactions, CardGate records all your payments and helps you decide which payment methods suit you best, and you have 24/7 insight into your transactions and turnover.

What you need

For this integration you need a CardGate account and the Online Payment module. In your CardGate account you find the site ID and the encryption key, which you enter in i-Reserve. In CardGate you set the callback URL of your i-Reserve environment, so payments come back.

Extra options

Payment methods: your customers choose from credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Bitcoin and more. The integration uses the CardGate checkout. When CardGate adds a payment method, you can use it straight away, without changing anything in i-Reserve.

How to switch it on

Register your i-Reserve environment in CardGate and note the site ID and the encryption key
Set the callback URL of your i-Reserve environment in CardGate
Add CardGate as a payment method in i-Reserve and enter the site ID and encryption key
