i-Reserve and SALTO KS
With SALTO KS every booking in i-Reserve automatically becomes a temporary digital key: no keys, no manual handover and no admin.

How it works
Your customer books (and pays, if needed) in i-Reserve and, after confirmation, receives an email or text message with a personal access link. Through that link the SALTO KS digital key becomes active within the time slot of the booking. On site, your customer opens the door with their smartphone (Bluetooth) or through the SALTO KS web page. Afterwards, the key expires by itself.

From booking to access without any staff involvement. Access is only active within the booked time slot, and your customer needs no app if you use web access, or does everything via their smartphone instead. It gives your venue a modern, professional look and works for a single room or for hundreds of locations: flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, sports venues, healthcare and education.
What you need
For this integration you need doors with SALTO KS locks, an active IQ and a SALTO KS account.
Extra options
Time before: customers often arrive a few minutes early, for example to get changed. Set it to 5 minutes, and for a booking at 10:00 the door already opens at 9:55.
How to switch it on
- Make sure you have a SALTO KS account, an active IQ with locks and your site ID
- Enter your SALTO KS details in i-Reserve and fetch the site ID
- Link your objects in i-Reserve to the doors in SALTO KS
- Test in the acceptance environment and then switch to production
