i-Reserve comes with plenty of built-in possibilities for booking activities. You can extend them by adding extra modules that make your reservation system even more complete. The list below is just a selection of the many possibilities and benefits.

Inplannen activiteiten

Plan zelf recreatie en activiteiten in voor klanten en beheer je producten en reserveringen via het online reserveringssysteem.

Resource

Laat via het reserveringssysteem doormiddel van resources personeel, ruimtes of materialen blokken wanneer deze door meerdere soorten recreatieve activiteiten gebruikt wordt.

Manier van boeken

Laat klanten per persoon boeken of 1 activiteit met meerdere mensen boeken. Dit geld ook voor de prijsberekening.

Periode berekening

Laat de periode die wordt gereserveerd afhankelijk van het aantal deelnemers zodat een grotere groep meer tijd heeft voor de activiteit.

Opties

Laat klanten via het reserveringssysteem verschillende upsellings bij boeken zoals een bittergarnituur, klimschoenen of helm. Bepaal zelf of de prijsberekening van de recreatie activiteit per reservering is of per persoon en je kunt kiezen of een optie verplicht is of niet.

Rooster

De bezetting makkelijk en eenvoudig in 1 rooster. Het rooster is per gebruiker in te stellen en je kunt direct reserveringen voor een klant doen via het rooster.

Variabele prijzen instellen

In het boekingssysteem is het mogelijk om in het hoogseizoen een andere prijs in te stellen dan in het laagseizoen. Ook is het mogelijk de prijs laten afwijken op bepaalde tijden, op bepaalde (feest)dagen of de prijs afhankelijk te maken van hoe ver je van te voren boekt.

Kalender en openingstijden

Zorg ervoor dat klanten niet kunnen boeken tijdens vakantiedagen en maak je openingstijden afhankelijk van de dag en/of seizoen.

Boekhoudprogramma

Automatisch facturen aanmaken en vervolgens exporteren naar je boekhoudprogramma, ook dit is mogelijk met ons reserveringssysteem.

Arrangementen

Laat klanten in het online reserveringssysteem 2 verschillende recreatieve activiteiten achter elkaar boeken voor een gunstige prijs. Bijvoorbeeld bowlen en eten of bowlen en klimmen.

CRM

Naast een reserveringssysteem is i-Reserve ook meteen een CRM-systeem waarbij je alle gegevens van klanten en bedrijven in kunt bijhouden. Met een handig overzicht van alle verstuurde mails.

Zoek & Boek

Laat klanten in het systeem zoeken en filteren op beschikbare activiteiten. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld filteren op aantal personen, locatie of datum.

You're looking for booking software that makes your work easier. But not everyone needs the same solution. The i-Reserve online booking system is modular and can be tailored to you — you only pay for the modules you need.

Online booking

Save time and let your customers make their own reservations online with this (included in your licence!) module. You decide which reservation interface you want to work with: appointment calendar, schedule, or a search & book function.

Online Payment via Pay

With this module (included in your license!) you can connect i-Reserve to Pay. This allows your customers to easily pay for their reservations or subscription fees online.

Online payment - other

With this module you can connect i-Reserve to a Payment Service Provider other than Pay, such as Mollie, Buckaroo or Cardgate. This way, your customers can pay for reservations or subscription fees online using the payment provider of your choice.

Invoice

With this module you can create invoices based on reservations. In addition, you can make use of extra functionalities such as partial invoices, merging draft invoices, creating direct debits and much more.

SMS

With this module you gain access to a completely new medium. All messages that can normally be sent by email are now also possible via SMS, such as sending a reminder.

Export

With this module you can export data to your financial administration. The balances are updated immediately. Multiple interfaces are available to, for example, REMS, Exact, Visma Cash, King, Accountview, Mamut, Snelstart, iMuis and Twinfield.

Punch Card

With punch cards, customers can pay in advance for multiple reservations. The most commonly used method is to offer a punch card with more credit. This way, you can easily offer a discount.

Gift Voucher

With the Gift Voucher module you gain a new marketing tool: the use of discount codes. Customers can purchase a gift voucher. Or offer discount codes yourself.

Subscription

Do periodic subscription fees need to be charged? With this module you can easily generate monthly or annual invoices for your members, for example.

E-ticket

The module can be used as an access control system. Scanning the e-tickets with our free scanner application immediately records the attendance of your visitor(s).

CRM

With this module you set up i-Reserve with customer relationship management capabilities. Assign a status to your customers, load emails and create advanced orders. Part of this module: companies with multiple contacts, log calls with the call module and use of tasks.

Ik wil zelf reserveringen doen in het systeem, kan dat?

i-Reserve is geheel naar eigen wens in te richten, je kunt klanten de mogelijkheid bieden zelf online te reserveren maar dat hoeft natuurlijk niet. Als je gewend bent te werken met een (online) agenda en hierin reserveringen bijhoudt kan i-Reserve dit beter. Vanuit het dashboard houdt je overzicht over beschikbare zalen in het rooster en de status van alle reserveringen. Je plant makkelijk nieuwe reserveringen van klanten in en verstuurt snel standaard emails handmatig of volledige automatische vanuit het systeem.

Kunnen klanten de reservering betalen met een strippenkaart?

Een klant kan een strippenkaart aanschaffen via het reserveringssysteem. Dit kan in de vorm zijn van een aantal strippen of in de vorm van een tegoed. Deze strippenkaart kan dan gekoppeld worden aan het gebruikersprofiel van deze klant en wanneer zij een reservering doen wordt er automatisch een strip of een tegoed van de strippenkaart afgehaald. Wanneer een les geannuleerd wordt zal deze strip of dit tegoed automatisch weer terugkomen op de strippenkaart.

Kan ik de klanten ook extra's laten boeken tijdens het reserveren?

Jazeker. Je kunt je klanten allerlei extra’s laten boeken zoals verhuur schoenen, tennisrackets en/of -ballen, extra bumpers voor je bowlingbaan of een lunch. Klanten kunnen ook een combinatie van 2 recreatieve activiteiten reserveren of een combinatie van een activiteit en een grill arrangement boeken.
