i-Reserve and Visma Cash

With the export to Visma Cash you transfer your debtors and invoices to your accounts with a single CSV file.

Type: Import/Export · module ExportFrom: Bronze

i-ReserveVisma Cash

How it works

The integration works in one direction: i-Reserve sends the data to Visma Cash. Usually you periodically transfer the debtors with their financial data, based on the invoices. The export uses the CSV format as specified by Visma Cash.

What it delivers

Your invoices and debtors from i-Reserve end up in Visma Cash, without you having to enter them there again.

What you need

For this integration you need Visma Cash and the Export module.

Extra options

Settings: you choose the journal, the date format and the description yourself, and you decide how the customer and document numbers are built (fixed length with leading zeros, your own prefix). You map VAT codes and articles to those in Visma Cash.

How to switch it on

  1. Switch on the Export module
  2. In the export settings, choose the journal, the date format and how the customer number is built
  3. Map VAT codes and articles
  4. Create the export and read the CSV file into Visma Cash

Simply do it yourself, or have it included in the setup.
