i-Reserve and Visma AccountView
With the export to Visma AccountView you put your customers as debtors and your invoices with all invoice lines into your AccountView administration in one go.
Type: Import/Export · module ExportFrom: Bronze

|---|---|---|
| Customer | goes to | Debtor |
| cust_id | goes to | code |
| Customer | goes to | Contact |
| Customer | goes to | Address |
| Invoice | goes to | Invoice |
| Invoice line | goes to | Invoice line |
How it works
i-Reserve exports the financial data in the AccountView XML format: customers as debtors, with contact and address, and invoices with their invoice lines. The customer number in i-Reserve becomes the debtor code in AccountView.
What it delivers
You no longer have to transfer customer and invoice data to your accounts by hand. That saves time, makes the admin work simpler and means fewer processing errors. Your accounts stay in order without extra effort, with the current data in AccountView after every export.
What you need
For this integration you need Visma AccountView and the Export module.
Extra options
Settings: you decide how the customer number is built (fixed length with leading zeros, your own prefix). You map VAT codes and articles to those in AccountView.
How to switch it on
- Switch on the Export module
- Set how the customer number is built
- Map VAT codes and articles
- Create the export and read the XML file into AccountView
Simply do it yourself, or have it included in the setup.
