How it works
i-Reserve creates Excel files for Twinfield: a file with your customers as debtors, with contact and address, and a sales file with your invoices and invoice lines. You read them into Twinfield. Twinfield checks the files when reading them in and reports anything that is wrong, such as a closed period.
What it delivers
You no longer have to enter invoices and debtors into Twinfield by hand. That saves time, means fewer errors and more control over your finances, and after every export your financial data in Twinfield is up to date. Twinfield itself is easy to use.
What you need
For this integration you need Twinfield and the Export and Invoice modules.
Extra options
Settings: you decide how the customer number is built, the journal code (VRK by default) and which date counts as the invoice date. You map VAT codes, articles, general ledger accounts and cost centres to those in Twinfield.
How to switch it on
- Switch on the Export and Invoice modules
- In the export settings, choose the journal code, the invoice date and how the customer number is built
- Map VAT codes, articles, general ledger accounts and cost centres
- Read the debtors file into Twinfield first, then the sales file
Simply do it yourself, or have it included in the setup.
