As soon as you finalise an invoice in i-Reserve, the customer becomes a contact in bexio and the invoice becomes a sales invoice — with every line, every quantity and the right VAT rate. 2. A difference shows up the day it appears
This is the part we get the most out of ourselves. On every invoice, i-Reserve shows you line by line what sits on the other side: quantity, amount and status. If a line is wrong, you correct exactly that line with one click, not the whole invoice. That way you meet a discrepancy on the day it appears, instead of at the quarterly close when nobody remembers where it came from.
3. Set it up once, then forget about it
You connect the integration to your own bexio account through OAuth2, so there are no passwords for you to store anywhere. After that you link your VAT rates to the bexio tax codes once and you are done. From then on it runs in the background, and you can still push a customer or invoice across by hand whenever you want to.
4. You and your bookkeeper look at the same figures
Because every invoice from i-Reserve ends up in bexio, your administration is always current. No separate lists, no export file for someone to import, no debate about which overview is the right one. Your bookkeeper works in bexio, you work in i-Reserve, and you both see the same thing.
