Calendar

After booking, your customer receives a calendar item, so the reservation is in their own calendar right away. You see the booking in the calendar in i-Reserve. With a calendar integration, the reservation also appears automatically in your Google or Outlook calendar, with a subject line you put together yourself, so you have your schedule at hand on the go as well. You can also set up the integration in both directions, so that a facilities department, for example, manages rooms from the calendar.
