Untill
Untill is a widely used and flexible point-of-sale software solution on the market. There are various suppliers for Untill who provide the hardware. i-Reserve is integrated with the Untill software platform, with the goal of seamlessly transferring online reservations into orders placed "on the floor" — whether that is a bowling centre, a meeting venue, or an indoor play centre.
Your Untill linked to i-Reserve
Between i-Reserve and Untill, there is communication from the reservation made online directly to the point-of-sale system.
Reservations can be forwarded to the point-of-sale system at a specific status. This usually happens on the day the reservation takes place, but this can be configured to your own preference. At that point, a table booking is created, to which additional orders can be added, so that everything can be settled in one go.
What is required?
To link i-Reserve and Untill, a free terminal is required in Untill. Please check whether this is available, as it may otherwise need to be purchased. In addition, authentication and configuration details must be entered in i-Reserve, and the product numbers in i-Reserve must be linked to the article numbers in Untill.
What is linked?
To ensure both systems work together properly, they exchange data. The data that is sent can be seen in the table below.
