MplusKASSA
MplusKASSA is the most user-friendly and flexible point-of-sale software on the Dutch market. There are various suppliers for MplusKASSA who provide the hardware. i-Reserve is integrated with the MplusKASSA software platform, with the goal of seamlessly transitioning online reservations into orders placed "on the floor" — whether at a bowling center, a meeting venue, or an indoor play center.
Your MplusKASSA linked to i-Reserve
Between i-Reserve and MplusKASSA, there is communication from the online reservation to the point-of-sale terminal.
Reservations can be forwarded to the till at a specific status. This usually happens on the day the reservation takes place, but it can be configured to your preference. At that point, a table booking is created, to which additional orders can be added, so that everything can be settled in one go.
What is required?
To link i-Reserve and MplusKASSA, a free terminal is needed in MplusKASSA. Check whether one is available, as it may need to be purchased if not. In addition, authentication and configuration details must be entered in i-Reserve, and the product numbers in i-Reserve must be linked to the article numbers in MplusKASSA.
