What does the i-Reserve reservation system cost?

Purchasing an online reservation system starts with working out what you actually need. Do you want customers to book online themselves so you have less to worry about? Or are you looking for a management system in which you keep track of your reservations? Or are you after a complete solution where customers, after making a booking, can pay online immediately and use a code to release their own boat or unlock a room? In short: do you only need simple booking functionality, or do you want access to all the features the system has to offer? Not a problem. You decide how you want to use i-Reserve.

Purchasing and maintaining the i-Reserve reservation system comes at a cost. In return, you gain additional features that free reservation systems simply do not offer. You receive an online reservation system for a fixed monthly fee – so you do not pay per booking made. Our reservation system is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution, which keeps prices relatively low while still including extensive functionality.

The price of our packages is based on the number of bookings you expect and the number of 'products' you offer. By products, we mean things such as rooms, boats, or courses. This refers to the main products. Sub-products are not counted. For example, if you have ten identical boats, you have one main product and ten sub-products. That one main product counts towards the number of products included in the licence.

We offer various base packages starting from €49 per month. The smallest package is Bronze, which is suitable for sole traders, community centres, or clubs. The Platinum package offers a superior SaaS experience. Do you have multiple locations? You can also purchase a multi-licence environment in which each location can apply its own settings, while still giving you a convenient overview of all locations combined. Our booking software is built in a modular fashion. This means that additional modules (such as online booking and online payment) can easily be added. Example: small venue hire

Suppose you have five rooms or spaces available to hire. There is one larger room with more options and four smaller rooms with the same layout, opening times, and prices. With up to three room types or 'products' and 250 bookings per month, a Bronze licence at €49/month will suffice. For up to ten room types and 1,500 bookings per month, you will need a Silver licence at €69/month. In this example, you have two room types, so a Bronze licence is sufficient, as long as 250 bookings per month meets your needs. In addition to those rooms, you also want to offer your customers extra options, such as a projector, a specific room layout, or catering. You want all of this to be visible online and selectable by the customer themselves. In other words, you want to give your customers the ability to book 24/7 online via a user-friendly booking dialogue. With i-Reserve, you can choose from various options: the calendar dialogue combined with time slots, the schedule dialogue, or the lightning-fast Search & Book dialogue. You also want customers to be able to pay online themselves, so you no longer have to manage this. That is what the Online Booking and Online Payment modules are for.

Example: larger venue hire

Suppose you have more than three room types to hire and more than 1,500 bookings per month. In that case, you will need our Silver licence. In addition to the extensive standard features of i-Reserve, you also want the reservation system to generate and send invoices automatically. That way, an unpaid invoice will never slip through the net again. You already have an accounting system, so the handy export functionality to your administration will save you even more time. That is what the Invoicing and Export modules are for.

Example: courses

You run a business that offers courses and want to spend as little as possible each month, while still allowing (potential) customers to book online. In that case, you opt for a base licence combined with the Online Booking module. Customers can book online themselves, and you get to work in the back end making use of all that i-Reserve has to offer. Available places are immediately visible, and bookings by phone or email become a thing of the past. Within the reservation system, you also have the option to create a single course or a series. Suppose you want to offer a multi-day course, with or without an exam – you can have it booked as a series. A course that recurs every week can be easily copied and is of course bookable individually. You can have the entire post-booking mailing process run automatically. i-Reserve will automatically send the booking confirmation, a payment confirmation, or a reminder. If there are any changes to a booking, you can process them quickly and easily. Customers will be notified automatically – naturally in their own language. When you cancel a course, you can ensure that bookings are automatically cancelled and that an email is automatically sent to your customers. The customer has visibility of their booking, and you have your overview via i-Reserve. Do you work with multiple trainers? They too can have access to their own agenda. With various schedules featuring drag-and-drop functionality, you can see at a glance what has been booked and who is involved. The configurable filters give you the ability to create useful overviews. Export overviews with a single click to Excel, for example, or schedule a weekly report based on a filter. Such a report can, for instance, be sent to you automatically by email every week. Filters can also be used as the basis for generating attractive statistics, such as a graphical display of the number of bookings per product in a chart.
