Additional modules provide extra functionality
The i-Reserve reservation system is modular and can be customized; you only pay for the modules you need. You're looking for reservation software that makes your work easier; not everyone needs the same solution. We offer a different module for each solution.
Additional modules are easy to order, for example, for exporting to your financial administration. Balance sheets are updated immediately. Interfaces are available to REMS, Exact Online, Accountview, Snelstart, iMuis, and Twinfield. The Online Payments module allows i-Reserve to be linked to a payment provider, such as Buckaroo or Cardgate. This allows reservations or subscription fees to be easily paid online. A scanner application allows you to record visitor attendance. It can also be used for access control, for example, for tickets for an event or activity. The Invoice module allows you to create invoices based on reservations. You also have access to additional features such as partial invoices, merging draft invoices, or creating direct debits.
And if you don't use these features, you don't pay for them. We think that's only fair.
The modules "Online booking" and "Online payment based on Pay" are included in your license.
Book online
Save time and let your customers make online reservations with this module (included in your license!). You choose which booking dialog you want to use: appointment calendar, schedule, or a search & book function.
Pay online based on Pay
This module (included in your license!) allows you to connect i-Reserve to Pay. This allows your customers to easily pay for reservations or subscription fees online.
Online payment - other
This module allows you to connect i-Reserve to a Payment Service Provider other than Pay, such as Mollie, Buckaroo, or Cardgate. This allows your customers to pay for reservations or subscription fees online using the payment provider of your choice.
Invoice
With this module you can prepare invoices based on reservations. You can also use additional functionalities such as partial invoices, merging draft invoices, creating direct debits and much more.
TEXT MESSAGE
With this module you have a completely new medium. All messages that can be sent by default in an email are now also possible with SMS, such as sending a reminder.
Export
With this module you can export data to your financial administration. The balances are updated immediately. There are several interfaces available to, for example, REMS, Exact, Visma Cash, King, Accountview, Mamut, Snelstart, iMuis and Twinfield.
Cutting card
With punch cards, customers can pay in advance for multiple reservations. The most commonly used method is to offer a cutting card with more credit. This way you can easily give a discount.
Gift voucher
With the Gift Voucher module you get a new marketing tool: the use of discount codes. Customers can purchase a gift voucher. Or offer discount codes yourself.
Subscription
Do subscription fees have to be paid periodically? For example, with this module you can easily generate monthly or annual invoices for your members.
E-ticket
The module can be used as access control. Scanning the e-tickets with our free scanner application immediately records the presence of your visitor(s).
CRM
With this module you set up i-Reserve with relationship management options. Give your customer a status, load emails and make advanced orders. Part of this module: companies with multiple contact persons, record bubbles with the call module and use tasks.
