A reservation is time dependent. A date and often also a time is reserved. After a customer has made the reservation, in most cases he will receive an agenda item so that he can immediately put the reservation in his agenda. You will of course see the booking in your agenda in our reservation system. But do you also want the reservation automatically in your Google or Outlook calendar? No problem with a calendar connection from i-Reserve.

The calendar link can be used for many applications. For example, a reservation system for meeting rooms , where all rooms are also visible in the Outlook agenda. Or a trainer who wants to see all courses in his agenda and then open them on his mobile phone. Then your planning is always with you, even on the road.

What do you call an appointment or reservation in your calendar? The subject line in particular is frequently tinkered with in the calendar link of i-Reserve . Fields such as the product description can be included here. But an addition from the company or customer who booked can also be useful. Abbreviations and/or codes that apply specifically to the reservation. Or just the name of the room. The possibilities of the i-Reserve agenda connection are endless.

It is also possible to set the calendar links bi-directionally. This means that it is also possible to send items or data to the i-Reserve reservation system. For example, a facilities department can manage rooms in Google Calendar, which are then automatically synchronized with the reservation calendar. It is a bit more difficult to set up, but i-Reserve makes it possible.
