In the i-Reserve reservation system you can use the 'Export' module to link to an accounting package. An accounting package is a strict necessity for almost all companies. There are many different suppliers of accounting packages.
Accounting links are one-way links, that is, they sync data in one direction. For example, from a reservation system to an accounting package. Invoices are often used to enter financial data into the accounting package. But reservations can also be used to transfer (financial) data into the accounting package. In the most commonly used setup, the debtor with financial data is periodically entered into the accounting package.
View below to which accounting packages the i -Reserve reservation system can be linked. Is your accounting package not listed here? Then check whether your package has an option for importing CSV or Excel files. Sometimes, with a bit of fiddling , it is still possible to link our reservation system.
