The i-Reserve reservation system is available in various basic packages. Starting with Bronze for the small self-employed person or community center/association, rising to Platinum for a super saas experience. These standard packages and prices apply in combination with our standard agreement.
i-Reserve is delivered as SaaS (Software as a service). With an appropriate license i-Reserve can be used and offers an online reservation system for a fixed amount per month. Our flexible and affordable reservation management software has a modular structure, additional modules can easily be ordered.

If you have an extensive set of requirements, you can have us assess this. Agreements can then be made as to which of these agreed requirements can be linked to the further development of i-Reserve . We guarantee the agreed functionalities with a so-called Managed License. Contact us for more information about the possibilities of a Managed License.
An agreement including a standard processing agreement is concluded. Our general terms and conditions and the standard processing agreement can be found here .
The use of additional and/or different conditions is only possible with a 'Managed license'.

Do you need extra support and guidance? Our support team is ready to help you, and we also offer the option of taking one or more workshops.
Workshop
A workshop can make working with i-Reserve a lot easier. A tailor-made workshop will be put together for you. Before the workshop, it will be determined which topics from i-Reserve will be discussed. This can be one specific part or several. A workshop focuses on the possibilities of the system for your organization.

The costs for support amount to € 84.00 per hour and are charged on the basis of subsequent calculation (actual time required) in blocks of 15 minutes at € 21.00.
