How much does the i-Reservereservation system cost?

You get an online reservation system for a fixed monthly fee. So you don't pay per reservation. Our reservation system is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution, which keeps prices relatively low while still offering extensive features.

The price of our packages is based on the number of reservations you expect and the number of "products" you offer. By products, we mean, for example, rooms , boats , or courses . These are the main products. Subproducts do not count. For example, if you have ten identical boats, you have one main product and ten subproducts. Your one main product then counts towards the number of products in the license.

We offer various basic packages starting at €49 per month. The smallest package is Bronze, suitable for small businesses, community centers, or associations. The Platinum package offers a superb SaaS experience. Do you have multiple locations? You can also purchase a multi-license environment where each location can manage its own settings while still maintaining a convenient overview of all locations. Example: small hall rental

Suppose you have five rooms or spaces to rent. This involves a larger room with more options and four smaller rooms with the same layout, opening hours, and pricing. For up to three room types or "products" and 250 reservations per month, a Bronze license for €49/month is sufficient. For up to ten room types and 1,500 reservations per month, you need a Silver license for €69/month. In this example, you have two room types, so a Bronze license is sufficient if you only need 250 reservations per month. Besides these rooms, you also want to offer your customers additional options, such as a projector, a specific room layout, or catering. You want to display all of this online and let customers choose for themselves. You want to give your customers the option to book online 24/7 via a user-friendly reservation dialog. With i-Reserve , you can choose from various options: the calendar dialog combined with time slots, the schedule dialog, or the lightning-fast Search & Book dialog. Suppose you have more than three room types to rent and more than 1,500 reservations per month. Then you need our Silver license. In addition to the extensive standard features of i-Reserve you also want the reservation system to generate and send invoices. This way, an unpaid invoice will never disappear from your view. You already have an accounting system, so the convenient export option to your administration will save you time. That's what the Invoicing and Export modules are for.

Example: courses

You run a business offering courses and want to minimize monthly expenses, but you still want to allow (potential) customers to book online. You choose a basic license combined with the Online Booking module. Customers can book online themselves, and you'll use i-Reserve's back-end features. Available spots are immediately visible, eliminating the need for email or phone bookings. Within the booking system, you also have the option to create a single course or a series. Suppose you want to offer a multi-day course, with or without an exam. You'd like to have it booked as a series. A course that recurs weekly can be easily copied and booked separately. You can then automatically send the entire mailing after booking. You can have i-Reserve automatically send booking confirmations, payment confirmations, or reminders. Any changes to a booking can be processed quickly and easily. Customers will be notified automatically, naturally in their native language. When you cancel a course, you can have the reservations automatically canceled and an email sent to your clients. The client has access to the booking, and you have an overview via i-Reserve. Do you have multiple trainers? They can also access their schedules. Using various schedules with drag-and-drop functionality, you can see at a glance what and who is booked. Adjustable filters allow you to create useful overviews. Export overviews with a single click to Excel, for example, or schedule a weekly report based on a filter. Such a report can be automatically emailed to you each week, for example.
