Export

Can I offer courses that consist of several meetings and/or conclude with an exam?

Of course! In the i-Reserve reservation system you can create multiple activities that are booked together by a student. The last meeting may be an exam.

Can I link a trainer to a course?

Yes, that's possible. You can assign one or more trainer(s) per workshop or course. Handy that you can immediately see who is available. The trainer can also easily view his or her activities in his or her own dashboard.

Can diplomas or certificates be created in the reservation system?

Which can. Once the student has successfully completed the course or training, you can create a diploma or certificate in the booking system. This can also be automatically sent to the student.

Does the booking system have a filter system on the website side?

Yes, customers can filter and search for courses and training. For example, you can have your students filter by date, type of course or location.

Can the i-Reserve reservation system also be used on WordPress websites?

Yes, that's possible. If you choose i-Reserve we will create a domain for you on which our reservation system is located. The system is completely tailor-made for you and your company. We then place a "book now" or “reserve now” button on your website. We link these from your WordPress website. Naturally, the domain will have the styling of your website so that students will not notice that they are visiting another website.

Can I link the reservation system to Outlook or Google calendar, so that I and/or my trainers can find the reservations there?

Yes, that is possible with our agenda link . For this you use the integration platforms Zapier and Microsoft flow. You must first create a link with your calendar for this. This is quite simple and we will of course help you with this if you cannot figure it out. When a reservation is made, it is automatically placed in a chosen agenda. If the reservation is changed, the reservation system will automatically send notifications to Outlook and adjust the agenda item. This way you and your team are always up to date!
