They can also, for example, turn the power on when your customers enter the space and off again when they leave. The goal is always to create a safe and comfortable environment for your customers. Because they also offer locks that require a code rather than a key, we've partnered with them. Our reservation system can now integrate with these locks. The ideal solution for both you and your customer.

Dormakaba within i-Reserve

With a Dormakaba lock, you can configure your i-Reserve environment to determine when your customer can access one or more rooms. If a reservation needs to be paid before your customer can access the room, no problem. You can set this specific status yourself. Reservations can also be settled directly through our reservation system.

How does it work?

When a reservation reaches the set status, Dormakaba receives a notification. What do they see? The reservation time and the room(s) the customer needs access to. Privacy is respected. Your customer's names or other GDPR-sensitive information are not shared. Dormakaba generates a PIN code for this. You can have this PIN code sent to the customer through the i-Reserve reservation system.

The customer also receives an email with a link. This link can be opened when they are standing in front of the room. Eventually, it will also be possible to combine these two emails (the one with the PIN code and the one with the link) into one.

When your customer arrives at the door or the locker, they open the link in the email. Upon opening the link, they'll be asked for the PIN code they received. If the customer enters that code on their phone, the lock will open immediately. What if the customer cancels or changes their reservation? Dormakaba will then immediately cancel or change the reservation.

But remotely opening doors isn't the only advantage of i-Reserve. With an online reservation system, you also offer your customers the opportunity to check your product's availability online and make a reservation directly. You can, of course, control what your customers can reserve and at what price. This makes your business accessible 24/7, and customers can make a reservation whenever it suits them. This saves you time accepting reservations. Our reservation system also automatically sends your guests a confirmation and a reminder, preventing no-shows and lost revenue.

How much does the i-Reserve reservation system cost?

Our reservation system is available in various basic packages, starting with Bronze. This is suitable for small businesses or community centers/associations.
