Investing, or saving time with automation
You're thinking about using a system to book your rooms, halls, courses, tours, or whatever you need. The benefits are enormous: you can automate your processes, reducing errors. And it saves you time, and therefore money. You're unsure, though: what should you consider when setting up a reservation system? Isn't the investment too significant? We understand those questions. That's why we want to be transparent about what we offer and what it will cost. We can't predict everything, but we can talk openly about it. Implement, or in other words, customize i-Reserve to your needs
The i-Reserve online reservation system is quick and easy to set up. You can do it yourself, we can do it for you, or you can choose a compromise. Whatever you choose, you remain the administrator of your own system. To help you get started with setting up the system, we have a comprehensive manual that is updated weekly. If you're having trouble or prefer a crash course, you can take a workshop. This workshop is tailored to your needs and makes working with i-Reserve very easy. We'll discuss your needs and the process and show you how to get started in the reservation system. The investment for a full workshop (3 hours) is €450.00 and will save you a lot of time figuring out the system yourself. After the workshop, you can set up your reservation system yourself. If you'd rather try it yourself first, that's no problem! You can also contact us with any questions. If these are questions that require significant time, we will charge support fees. Of course, we will always discuss this with you first. You don't have to worry about unexpected bills. How does implementation work and what are the options? Integrate, or how does it all come together
Can I integrate the i-Reserve reservation system into my website, and if so, how? In short: what are the technical integration options? i-Reserve offers various integration options, ranging from linking to a subdomain to accessing i-Reserve on your own website (via API).
