Your X-Cube: a personal experience for your customer with the help of the i-Reserve reservation system. More and more X-cubes are appearing in the Netherlands and if it is up to X-corp, the developers of the X-Cube, the whole of the Netherlands will soon be full of these experience cubes. To make reserving and opening the X-cube even easier for you and your customer, i-Reserve has entered into a partnership with X-corp.
X-Cube and the i-Reserve reservation system
But first, what exactly is the X-Cube? X-Corp calls it a cross between an escape room and a video game, in which you can experience all kinds of different things. Think of solving a murder, cracking a bank vault, or disarming a bomb.
i-Reserve , in collaboration with X-corp, has created a feature that allows you to securely and remotely grant your customers access to the Cube through our reservation system. This means you don't need to be on-site yourself.
Reserve the X-cube online in i-Reserve
But you can i-Reserve for more than just opening the door to the X-cube. Our online reservation system also allows your customers to check the X-cube's availability online and make a reservation directly. You can also decide what your customers can reserve and at what price. Check out our various DEMO websites for various reservation scenarios.
What else is possible with i-Reserve and the X-cube?
Our online reservation system is always tailor-made and adapted to your wishes. As a provider of your X-cube, you can therefore configure what your customers can reserve and what options are available in your X-cube. You can also set when your customer has access to the X-cube in your i-Reserve environment. If a reservation must be paid first before your customer has access to the X-cube, no problem with i-Reserve. Reservations can be paid directly through our system.
How does it work?
So how does it work? As soon as a reservation reaches the status you set, X-cube receives a notification. For example, reservation Saturday 3:00 PM, paid. X-cube then generates a PIN code and sends it to the customer. (Via i-Reserve you can have various automatic emails sent to customers. Think of a confirmation email or reminder email.) The customer stands in front of the door of your X-cube and enters the received PIN code. This code opens the door. The customer's name appears neatly on the screens inside and the game can begin.
What if the customer cancels or changes their reservation? Then the reservation will also be canceled or changed at X-cube.
How much does i-Reservecost?
The i-Reserve reservation system is available in various basic packages . Our packages range from Bronze for small businesses or community centers/associations to Platinum for a superior SAAS experience. Our bronze packages start at just €39 per month.
