What integrations can be made?

The i-Reserve reservation system offers various integration options : API integrations, import/export integrations, and integrations through an integration platform like MS Flow or Zapier. Several native integrations are already built into the reservation system and require only configuration.

Why isn't i-Reserve free?

i-Reserve offers an online reservation system for a fixed monthly fee. It is flexible to configure. Behind the scenes, we are continuously developing new functionalities. How much does a reservation system yield?

Can I put the reservation system on my own website?

We will create a domain for you hosting our reservation system. The most common method is to create a "book now" button and redirect it. The domain will be styled to match your website, ensuring customers do not realize they are landing on a different site. It is also possible to connect your website to the reservation system using an API. Another option is using an i-Frame, but we do not recommend this as it is no longer supported by all browsers. Is (personal) data secured in the i-Reserve reservation system?

Securing (personal) data is becoming increasingly important these days. It's also crucial to us that our customers can trust that their personal data is properly secured. To prevent data breaches, we adhere to the guidelines of the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) to i-Reserve adequately secure blog.

When it comes to securing your customers' personal data, it's a different story. When you use i-Reserve , you are responsible for the correct processing of personal data. Naturally, we advise you during the implementation process to minimize security risks as much as possible.

Can the reservation system be used on all your devices?

The i-Reserve features various interfaces, including a calendar, schedule, search & book, and the course/activity list. Depending on whether it concerns activities such as courses, training sessions, or tours, or objects such as halls, boats, or bungalows, specific interfaces are available. Is it possible to use the reservation system in multiple languages?

You can use i-Reserve in multiple languages. Texts in i-Reserve are displayed in the language of your choice. The control panel is currently available in English, German, and Dutch.

Visitors can book in English, Dutch, German, Spanish, or French. You can also configure additional languages.

Do my customers need to log in before they can book?

There are 4 options regarding the use of customer accounts.

i-Reserve automatically creates a username and password
Customer has the option to create an account but is not required to do so

Whether a customer needs to log in has advantages and disadvantages. When a customer does need to log in, the advantage for you as the end user is that they only appear once in the system. This ensures that all reservations are properly registered under the same customer. Otherwise, a customer would have to fill out the customer form again for each reservation, and a new customer would be created in the system.

The advantage for customers is that they don't have to enter all their information every time, as it's requested upon logging in. Customers can also view their reservations and/or invoices, or cancel or change any reservations online.

The downside is that customers have to create an account when booking. This can be an additional hurdle. They also have to remember a username and password. This last issue could be resolved by allowing users to log in with, for example, their Facebook or Google account.
