Options

Schedule

Save time and let your customers make online reservations with this module (included in your license!). You choose which booking dialog you want to use: appointment calendar, schedule, or a search & book function.

Online payment via Pay

This module (included in your license!) allows you to connect i-Reserve to Pay. This allows your customers to easily pay for reservations or subscription fees online.

Online payment - other

This module allows you to connect i-Reserve to a Payment Service Provider other than Pay, such as Mollie, Buckaroo, or Cardgate. This allows your customers to pay for reservations or subscription fees online using the payment provider of your choice.

Invoice

This module allows you to create invoices based on reservations. You can also use additional features such as partial invoices, merging draft invoices, creating direct debits, and much more.

SMS

This module adds a whole new medium. All messages that can be sent by default via email can now also be sent via SMS, such as sending a reminder.

Export

This module allows you to export data to your financial administration. Balance sheets are updated immediately. Multiple interfaces are available, including to REMS, Exact, Visma Cash, King, Accountview, Mamut, Snelstart, iMuis, and Twinfield.

Clip card

With punch cards, customers can prepay for multiple reservations. The most common method is to offer a punch card with more credit. This makes it easy to offer a discount.

Gift voucher

The Gift Card module adds a new marketing tool: discount codes. Customers can purchase a gift card, or offer discount codes themselves.

Subscription

Do you need to pay recurring subscription fees? This module allows you to easily generate monthly or annual invoices for your members.

E-ticket

The module can be used for access control. Scanning e-tickets with our free scanner app immediately records the presence of your visitor(s).

CRM

This module allows you to configure i-Reserve with relationship management features. Assign customer statuses, load emails, and create advanced orders. This module also includes: companies with multiple contacts, call logging with the call module, and the use of tasks.

I want to make reservations in the system myself, is that possible?

i-Reserve is fully customizable. You can offer clients the option to book online, but that's certainly not required. If you're used to working with an (online) calendar and keeping track of reservations, i-Reserve offers a better solution. From the dashboard, you can keep track of available rooms in the schedule and the status of all reservations. You can easily schedule new client reservations and quickly send standard emails, either manually or fully automatically, from the system.

Can customers pay for their reservation with a strip card?

A customer can purchase a ticket through the reservation system. This can be a series of tickets or a credit. This ticket can then be linked to the customer's user profile, and when they make a reservation, a ticket or credit is automatically deducted from the ticket. If a class is canceled, this ticket or credit will automatically be returned to the ticket.

Can I also let customers book extras during the reservation process?

Absolutely. You can let your customers book all sorts of extras, such as shoe rentals, tennis rackets and/or balls, extra bumpers for your bowling alley, or lunch. Customers can also book a combination of two recreational activities or a combination of an activity and a barbecue package.
