Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I want to make reservations in the system myself, is that possible?

i-Reserve can be configured entirely according to your own wishes, you can offer customers the opportunity to make online reservations themselves, but that is of course not necessary. If you are used to working with an (online) agenda and keeping track of reservations, i-Reserve can do this better. From the dashboard you can keep an overview of available rooms in the schedule and the status of all reservations. You can easily schedule new customer reservations and quickly send standard emails manually or fully automatically from the system.

Can customers pay for the reservation with a strip card?

A customer can purchase a strip card via the reservation system. This can be in the form of a number of strips or in the form of a credit. This strip card can then be linked to the user profile of this customer and when they make a reservation, a strip or credit is automatically deducted from the strip card. When a lesson is canceled, this strip or credit will automatically return to the strip card.

Can I also let customers book extras when booking?

Of course. You can let your customers book all kinds of extras, such as rental shoes, tennis rackets and/or balls, extra bumpers for your bowling alley or lunch. Customers can also book a combination of 2 recreational activities or book a combination of an activity and a grill package.
