Reservations

The i-Reserve reservation system offers extensive customization options. You can choose to change a customer's reservation yourself (via the backend), or give them the option to do so. You can also bulk edit multiple details at once. Block off a specific time period so that bookings are no longer possible during that time. Add custom fields for additional information. When making a reservation, ask additional questions or give customers the option to add their own requests. For example, you can specify dietary requirements, allergies, or age. Create recurring (e.g., weekly) bookings for customers, or let them do it themselves. And offer extra options, such as lunch when renting a meeting room or the use of a racket when renting a tennis court (cross-selling!). You can also offer a choice of different room configurations (using a resource). The system is also fully responsive. Customers can book on their computer, tablet, and mobile phone.

The workflow is the journey a reservation takes: from creating a new booking, to checking and/or paying, to closing the booking, including all necessary communication. With i-Reserve you can automate many things. For example, automatically send a booking confirmation, payment confirmation, or an evaluation email. Send emails with quotes and invoices, whether or not converted to PDF by i-Reserve . Print attendance lists. Let i-Reserve create and automatically send a diploma or certificate. Convert your order into an invoice. Add your reservation to your own calendar and gain insight into the occupancy of a room, your activity, course, or training. With a new integration, it's now even possible to grant participants remote access to a location. For example, a meeting room that opens at a specific time or a code that an athlete can use to open their own squash court.
