You can customize a lot in the i-Reserve reservation system. You can choose to only change the reservation for a customer yourself (via the back-end), or you can also give a customer that option yourself. In addition, you can change multiple data at the same time with a bulk change. Block off a period so that no more bookings can be made at that time. Add custom fields for additional information. When making a reservation, ask additional questions or give customers the opportunity to add their own wishes. Dietary requirements, allergies or age, for example, can be indicated. Make recurring (e.g. weekly) bookings for customers, or let them do it themselves. And offer additional options, such as lunch when renting a meeting room or the use of a racket when renting a tennis court (cross-selling!). You can also (with a resource) choose between different room setups. In addition, the system is fully responsive. Customers can book on computer, tablet and mobile.

The workflow is the path a reservation takes: from creating a new booking, to checking and/or paying up to and including closing the booking, including the necessary communication. At i-Reserve you can make a lot happen automatically. For example, automatically sending a booking confirmation, payment confirmation or an evaluation email. Send emails with quotes and invoices, whether or not converted into PDF by i-Reserve . Print attendance lists. Let i-Reserve create a diploma or certificate and send it automatically. Convert your order to an invoice. Add your reservation to your own agenda and gain insight into the occupancy of a room, your activity, course or training. With a new connection it is now even possible to give participants remote access to a location. For example, a meeting room that opens at a certain time or a code with which an athlete opens his own squash court.
