It's the software that, on the front end, allows your customers to quickly find and book your products or services. In the backend, you can view and edit reservations yourself in the reservation dialog in the management panel. Within i-Reserve , there are various options for this, depending on what you offer.
One of the system's features is the scheduling dialog. Imagine you want to book a meeting room, a boat, or maybe even a painting lesson for your client. The scheduling dialog is essentially the interface—or screen—through which you can do this. You select the desired time, product, or activity, and can immediately see its availability and confirm the reservation.
Within i-Reserve you have two types of scheduling dialogs. If you rent out products, you use the object-based scheduling. This could be, for example, a meeting room that cannot be double-booked. If you work with activities like classes or tours, you use the event-based scheduling, which allows multiple people to register for a specific activity. Does your client suddenly need a different room or time slot? No problem, just drag the reservation to another room. Does the client want to extend or shorten the reservation? Dragging and dropping is also easy.

Perhaps one of the biggest improvements in the new scheduling module is the "all-on-one-page" functionality. No more clicking back and forth between different screens. The entire process, from booking to editing, is now all done in one clear place. Want to quickly add a new reservation? Or perhaps edit an existing reservation by adding options like a projector, lunch, or drinks? It's all possible on a single screen.
You work directly from the schedule itself. Below the timeline, you can make adjustments, add an extra option, or change the time or location with just a few clicks. Everything is updated instantly, allowing you to act much faster. This not only simplifies your daily planning but also ensures you can help your customers immediately, without delay.

Practical example
Suppose you're on the phone with a client looking for a meeting room. You open the scheduling dialog, immediately see which rooms are available, and click on the desired room. If the client prefers a different time or additional amenities like coffee and tea, you can easily add these as well. Would they prefer a sunny room? With a single click, you can drag the reservation to the correct room. Done? Then, with a single click, you send a confirmation email to the client.
