i-Reserve - Get the best of both worlds

Many reservation systems excel at one thing: accepting reservations. i-Reserve offers more, namely linking or integrating with external systems.

By connecting to a Room Manager System, you not only have an advanced booking system at your disposal, but you also have a console with useful features at your meeting rooms. The Joan or the Evoko Room Manager are examples of possible connections with i-Reserve. With such a connection, you decide which information you want to transfer. You receive a web reservation via i-Reserve , and the meeting room display automatically adjusts the availability.

When you indicate at the meeting room that the meeting will last half an hour longer, this information is automatically processed in the online booking system i-Reserve . This combination gives you the best of both worlds: offering meeting space online based on availability and displaying a clear overview of the availability and/or occupancy of the room at your meeting location.

Some room managers also offer an overview for the reception or arrival hall.
