Try collecting reviews for free
Create an account on a review platform. This could be Trustpilot, Klantenvertellen.nl, tevreden.nl, Kiyoh, TripAdvisor, or one of many others. Depending on the platform you choose, you can often start with a free account to familiarize yourself with the platform. Alternatively, you can opt for a paid account for more options for displaying reviews on your own website. The invitation to submit a review can be sent from the review platform. With a free account, you often don't have control over the email templates.
Collect reviews via the i-Reserve reservation system
You can also create an email template yourself from within the i i-Reserve reservation system to invite customers to leave a review. Or add a separate section to the confirmation email, inviting them to leave a review.
How does this work? You can set up an email workflow through our reservation system. This means an email is automatically sent after a reservation's status changes. This is useful for automatically sending confirmations, reminders, and even for requesting reviews.
To do this, you create a standard template for requesting reviews in your own reservation environment. Then, you configure the email workflow for requesting reviews. What was the previous reservation status and what will be the new status? In other words, when should the email be sent to the customer? Our reservation system automatically emails the customer when the new status is reached.
