One of the options within the system is the scheduled dialogue. Imagine, you want to book a meeting room, a boat or maybe even a painting lesson for your customer. The scheduled dialogue is, as it were, the interface - or the screen - with which you can do that. You select the desired time, the product or activity, and you can immediately see whether it is available and fix the reservation.
Within i-Reserve you have two types of grid dialogues. If you rent out products, use the object-based schedule. For example, this can be a meeting room that should not be booked double. Do you work with activities such as lessons or tours? Then you use the event-based schedule, where several people can register for a specific activity. In this article we will elaborate on the object-based schedule module in the management panel.
Our new schedule module - what has changed?
i-Reserve has recently given the schedule module a big makeover. No more overwhelming spreadsheet, but a clear and logically arranged screen. This allows you to see at a glance what is planned when. And as far as we are concerned, this makes managing reservations a bit easier for you as an entrepreneur. Below an overview of the latest functions.

More overview by timeline display
The new timeline display in the schedule module offers more peace and overview. Where the previous layout could feel some pressure and column-oriented, the renewed focus in rows brings an organized and more logical appearance. This makes it easier to quickly find the right information without getting lost in overcrowded screens. The improved design ensures that you can work more efficiently and have more control over your planning, regardless of the amount of reservations that you manage.

Drag items and put it down
To make it easier to manage the reservations, we now also have a RAG-and-drop functionality within the timeline. With this functionality you can simply drag items to a different time or location. Does your customer suddenly need another room or period? No problem, you just drag the reservation to another room. Does the customer want the reservation a little longer or shorter? You can also easily drag this.

Everything on one page
One of the biggest improvements in the new schedule module is perhaps the "all-on-one page" functionality. You no longer have to click back and forth between different screens. The complete process, from books to adjusting, is now all happening in one clear place. Do you want to add a new reservation quickly? Or maybe adjust an existing reservation by adding options such as a projector, lunch or drink? It is all possible within 1 screen.
You work directly from the schedule itself. Under the timeline you can make adjustments with a few clicks, add an extra option or change the time or location. Everything is updated immediately, so you can act much faster. This not only makes your daily planning a lot easier, but also ensures that you can help your customers immediately without delay.

Practical
Suppose you have a customer on the line looking for a meeting room. You open the scheduled dialogue, immediately see which spaces are available, and click on the desired room. Does the customer want a different time or extra facilities such as coffee and tea? You can also easily add this. Do they prefer to have a room on the sun side? With one movement you drag the reservation to the right space. Finished? Then send a confirmation email to the customer with a 1 click.
