i-Reserve - Get the best of both worlds

Many reservation systems do one thing well: taking reservations. i-Reserve does more — connecting or integrating with external systems.

By connecting to a Room Manager system, you not only gain an advanced reservation system, but you also get a console with handy features mounted by your meeting rooms. The Joan or the Evoko Roommanager are examples of possible integrations with i-Reserve. With such an integration, you decide for yourself which information you want to transfer. You receive a web reservation via i-Reserve and the display at the meeting room automatically updates the availability.

When someone at the meeting room indicates that the meeting will run half an hour longer, this information is automatically processed in the i-Reserve online reservation system. With this combination you get the best of both worlds: offering meeting rooms online based on availability and showing a tidy display of the availability and/or occupancy of the room in question at your meeting location.

Some room managers also provide an overview for the reception or arrival hall.
