i-Reserve - Get the best of both worlds

Many reservation systems do one thing well: taking reservations. i-Reserve can do more, namely linking or integrating with external systems.

By linking to a Room Manager System, you not only have an advanced reservation system at your disposal, but you also have a console with useful functions in the meeting rooms. The Joan or the Evoko Room Manager are examples of possible connections with i-Reserve. With such a link you decide which information you want to transfer. You will receive a web reservation via i-Reserve and the display in the meeting room automatically adjusts the availability.

When the meeting room indicates that the meeting will last half an hour longer, this information is automatically processed in the online reservation system i-Reserve . With this combination you have the best of both worlds: offering online meeting rooms based on availability and showing a neat display of the availability and/or occupancy of the room in question at your meeting location.

Some room managers also offer an overview for the reception or arrival hall.
