A reservation is time-dependent. A date and often a time are reserved. After a customer makes a reservation, they will in most cases receive a calendar item so they can immediately add the reservation to their calendar. You can of course see the booking in your calendar within our reservation system. But would you also like the reservation to be automatically added to your Google or Outlook calendar? No problem with a calendar integration from i-Reserve.

The calendar integration can be used for many applications. For example, a reservation system for meeting rooms, where all rooms are also visible in the Outlook calendar. Or a trainer who wants to see all courses in their calendar so they can then open them on their mobile phone. That way, your schedule is always with you, even on the go.

How do you name an appointment or reservation in your calendar? The subject line in particular is frequently customized in i-Reserve's calendar integration. Fields such as the product description can be included here. But adding the company or customer who made the booking can also be useful. Abbreviations and/or codes that apply specifically to the reservation. Or the name of the room. The possibilities of the i-Reserve calendar integration are endless.

It is also possible to set up the calendar integrations bi-directionally. This means that it is also possible to send items or data to the i-Reserve reservation system. For example, a facilities department can manage spaces in Google Calendar, which are then automatically synchronized with the reservation calendar. It is somewhat more complex to set up, but i-Reserve makes it possible.
