View an easy overview of the reservations that have already been invoiced, that have been paid or that still need to be paid. It is possible to assign statuses to reservations, which gives you an easy overview. Decide for yourself which users have insight into invoicing and who can create invoices. Via user management you determine which user group a user belongs to and the associated rights. Merge your draft invoices so that you can invoice them at once into a final invoice. And invoice a specific customer periodically. This includes monthly subscription costs for group lessons or annual rental of a meeting room.
