Your X-Cube: a personal experience for your customer with the help of the i-Reserve reservation system. More and more X-Cubes are appearing across the Netherlands, and if X-corp, the developers of the X-Cube, have their way, the whole of the Netherlands will soon be filled with these experience cubes. To make reserving and opening the X-Cube even easier for you and your customer, i-Reserve has entered into a partnership with X-corp.


X-Cube and the i-Reserve Reservation System

But first, what exactly is the X-Cube? X-corp describes it as a cross between an escape room and a video game, in which you can enjoy all kinds of different experiences. Think along the lines of solving a murder, cracking a bank vault, or defusing a bomb.

i-Reserve has worked together with X-corp to develop a feature that allows you to grant your customers safe, remote access to the Cube via our reservation system. This means you don't need to be on location yourself.


Booking the X-Cube Online with i-Reserve

But i-Reserve isn't just for opening the door of the X-Cube. With our online reservation system, you also give your customers the opportunity to check the availability of the X-Cube online and make a booking straight away. What else is possible with i-Reserve and the X-Cube?

Our online reservation system is always tailored and adapted to your needs. As an operator of your X-Cube, you can configure exactly what your customers can book and what options are available within your X-Cube. You can also set within your i-Reserve environment when your customer gains access to the X-Cube. Does a booking need to be paid for before your customer can access the X-Cube? No problem with i-Reserve. Bookings can be settled directly through our system.


How does it work?

So how does it work? The moment a booking reaches the status you have configured, the X-Cube receives a signal. For example: booking Saturday 15:00, paid. The X-Cube then generates a PIN code and sends it to the customer. (Via i-Reserve, you can have a variety of automatic emails sent to customers — think of a confirmation email or a reminder email.) The customer arrives at the door of your X-Cube and enters the PIN code they received. This code opens the door. The customer's name appears neatly on the screens inside, and the game can begin.

What if the customer cancels or amends their booking? In that case, the booking is also cancelled or amended with the X-Cube.

How much does i-Reserve cost?

The i-Reserve reservation system is available in a range of base packages. Our packages range from Bronze for the small independent operator or community centre/association, all the way up to Platinum for a premium SaaS experience.
