With the integration between i-Reserve and SALTO KS, you automate the entire process from booking to access. No keys, no front desk issuance, no manual actions. The user handles everything themselves – securely and in a controlled manner.

How it works

1. Reservation
The user simply books a space via i-Reserve.

2. Payment (if applicable)
Payment is handled directly online.

3. Automatic access assignment
After confirmation, the user receives an email or SMS with a personal access link.

4. Digital key via SALTO KS
Through this link, the digital key is activated within the valid time slot of the reservation.
No physical handover required.

5. On-site access
Upon arrival, the user opens the door via smartphone (Bluetooth) or through the SALTO KS web access page, depending on the configuration.

6. Access expires automatically
Once the reservation ends, the digital key expires automatically. No additional actions required.
