Automate the reservation process and save time for fun things

Various types of integrations are possible in i-Reserve : API links, import/export links and links through an integration platform such as MS Flow or Zapier. We have a number of native links that are already included as standard in i-Reserve and that you only need to set up. Links provide an even more complete reservation system and take even more work off your hands. Using a webhook you can execute so-called triggers to link reservations, tasks or customers with hundreds of other applications. This includes agenda management, accounting, and even having the doors opened remotely. So much is possible with connections and integrations. In this blog we elaborate on some of these options.

Let your customers book and pay themselves

Save time and let your customers make a reservation online with the Online booking module. You decide which reservation dialogue you want to work with: appointment calendar, schedule or one step further: our advanced search & book function/dialogue. Let your customer select a date and book the reservation from there. Of course you can ensure that customers cannot book during holidays and make your opening hours dependent on the day and/or season. In the i-Reserve reservation system, the customer can easily view the occupancy and empty spaces themselves. Let customers search and filter in the reservation module for available meeting rooms, appointments, tours and more. Direct pay

Do you want a customer to pay themselves after making a reservation? connect i-Reserve in the Online payment module with a payment provider. A payment provider or Payment Service Provider (PSP) is a third party that arranges the handling of online payments such as iDeal, Bancontact, Paypal or VISA. Link your reservation system directly to a payment provider of your choice. With the i-Reserve 'Online payment' module you have the opportunity to link the largest payment providers such as Buckaroo, Mollie or Stripe to your booking system. All reservations directly in your agenda

A reservation is time dependent. Your customer reserves a date and often also a time. You will of course see the booking in your agenda in our reservation system. But do you also want the reservation automatically in your Google or Outlook calendar? No problem with a calendar connection from i-Reserve. The booking can then immediately be seen in your own agenda, whether or not on your phone, at hand. You see availability in real time. If you rent out rooms, include all rooms in your agenda. Then your planning is always with you, even on the road. You never have to worry about double-booking or forgetting an important appointment again.

What's more, with i-Reserve you can add appointments to someone's calendar, even without a user being entered as an administrator in i-Reserve . For example, a trainer who gives courses. Or a reception at a location that rents out rooms. Or a trainer who wants to see all courses in his agenda and then open them on his mobile phone.

It is also possible to set the calendar links bi-directionally. This means that it is also possible to send i-Reserve For example, a facilities department can manage rooms in Google Calendar, which are then automatically synchronized with the reservation calendar. Your i-Reserve invoices automatically enter your accounting system

With the import/export links from the Invoice and Export modules you can integrate your i-Reserve environment with your accounting system, such as Visma Cash or Exact. Create a link with your accounting package and export the invoices, or use them to enter financial data into the accounting package.

Accounting links are one-way links, that is, they sync data in one direction. For example, from a reservation system to an accounting package. Invoices are often used to enter financial data into the accounting package. But reservations can also be used to transfer (financial) data into the accounting package. All updates directly in Slack

Make i-Reserve work even more for you. It is also possible to connect to Slack, the messaging app for teams. For example, every time a reservation comes in or a change is made, you can have this reflected in Slack. This makes collaboration easier. Read more about this on our dedicated links page .

Have doors opened remotely for customers

The integration of i-Reserve with access control systems makes it possible to grant automated access to people who have made a reservation. This makes powerful solutions possible, especially in combination with a payment system.

Do you want to open the door of a meeting room for a specific client five or ten minutes before the meeting?
Would you like to give the customer a code with which he or she can open the door of a squash room at the time of reservation?
Or the code of a safe containing a key and perhaps other necessary items?

There are numerous options: for hotels, rental properties, conference centers, gyms and private clubs.
