Why an online reservation system?

Scenario

You are the owner of a company with 10 products (for example boats, (meeting) rooms or activities) that can be reserved. Paid vs free reservation system

Now we hear you think. I am convinced of purchasing a reservation system, but why should I choose a paid reservation system and not a free system?
