i-Reserve in collaboration with X-corp, has created a functionality that allows you to give your customers secure and remote access to the Cube via our reservation system. So you do not have to be present on location for this.

But you ca i-Reserve to open the door of the X-cube. With our online reservation system you also offer your customers the opportunity to view the availability of the X-cuve online and make a reservation immediately. What else is possible with i-Reserve and the X-cube?

Our online reservation system is always tailor-made and adapted to your wishes. As the provider of your X-cube, you can also set what your customers can reserve and what options are available in your X-cube. You can also set in your i-Reserve environment when your customer has access to the X-cube. A reservation must first be paid before your customer can access the X-cube, no problem with i-Reserve. Reservations can be paid directly through our system.

How does it work?

So how does it work? When a reservation has reached the status you set, X-cube will be notified. For example, reservation Saturday 3:00 PM, paid. X-cube creates a PIN code and sends it to the customer. (You can have various automatic emails sent to customers via i-Reserve . This could also include a confirmation email or reminder email.) The customer stands at the door of your X-cube and enters the received PIN code. This code opens the door. The customer's name appears neatly on the screens inside and the game can begin.

What if the customer cancels or changes the reservation? Then this reservation will also be canceled or changed at X-cube.

The i-Reserve reservation system is available in various basic packages . Our packages range from Bronze for the small self-employed person or community center/association to Platinum for a super saas experience. Our bronze packages start at 39 euros per month.
