TEXT MESSAGE

With this module you have a completely new medium. All messages that can be sent by default in an email are now also possible with SMS, such as sending a reminder.

Export

With this module you can export data to your financial administration. The balances are updated immediately. There are several interfaces available to, for example, REMS, Exact, Visma Cash, King, Accountview, Mamut, Snelstart, iMuis and Twinfield.

Cutting card

With punch cards, customers can pay in advance for multiple reservations. The most commonly used method is to offer a cutting card with more credit. This way you can easily give a discount.

Gift voucher

With the Gift Voucher module you get a new marketing tool: the use of discount codes. Customers can purchase a gift voucher. Or offer discount codes yourself.

Subscription

Do subscription fees have to be paid periodically? For example, with this module you can easily generate monthly or annual invoices for your members.

E-ticket

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I offer my customers different room setups?

No problem with our online reservation system! Different setups can be added per room. These arrangements can even have an effect on how many people the room is suitable for. And you can include the layout of the room in a Search & Book functionality so that customers can filter rooms by layout.

Can I ask a different price for a (meeting) room in the reservation system?

(Meeting) rooms do not always have to be the same price, it is of course possible that a room is cheaper in the evening, more expensive at the weekend, becomes cheaper the longer you reserve or cheaper with a last-minute booking. Multiple price schedules can be set in the reservation system per (meeting) room; a price schedule becomes active under predetermined conditions. Conditions can be, for example; certain days of the week, between a from and until date, for a reservation longer than one day, or for a specific customer. You may give a completely new price to a (meeting) room or you may set a discount of a fixed amount or a percentage of the normal price.

I want to make reservations in the system myself, is that possible?

The online reservation system can be set up entirely according to your own wishes. You can offer customers the option to make online reservations themselves, but that is of course not necessary. If you are used to working with an (online) agenda for the (meeting) rooms and keeping track of reservations i-Reserve can do this better. From the dashboard you can keep an overview of available (meeting) rooms in the schedule and the status of all reservations. You can easily schedule new customer reservations and quickly send standard emails manually or fully automatically from the system.
