Customers can open the door themselves with their phone. And you can even turn the power on when your customers enter the room and off again when they leave. The goal is always to create a safe and comfortable environment for your customers. Because they also offer locks that require a code instead of a key, we've partnered with them. In the i-Reserve online reservation system can now be linked to these locks.
Open doors remotely with the i-Reserve reservation system
Remote door opening is ideal for many industries. Want to give a customer the option to open the door to a squash court at the time of their reservation? Open the door to a meeting room for a customer? Or let them open a locker remotely? This integration makes it possible. This expands the possibilities for door and access control with our reservation system.

Customers can go directly to their room or space without having to wait for someone to open the door. It's also more secure because customers no longer have to remember a code or key. Are there any additional options?
Setting option: "Time before"
If a customer makes a reservation for, say, 10:00-11:00 AM, it's understandable that they might want to enter a few minutes early, perhaps to change. To accommodate this, you can configure the time slot to grant actual entry earlier. If you set this value to 5 minutes, actual entry will be at 9:55 AM instead of 10:00 AM.
