Onboarding at i-Reserve isn't a standard checklist, but a customized process. Yet, we do value clarity. That's why we work with a fixed step-by-step plan, so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Your application arrives

As soon as you submit your application, we'll get started. We'll contact you within a few business days to schedule your initial consultation.

2. Intake interview with a senior consultant

You'll speak with one of our senior consultants, someone who knows i-Reserve inside and out and is ready to brainstorm with you. During this phone intake, they'll take stock of your needs, processes, and challenges.
"What are you using now? What works and what doesn't? What features would you like to see?"—these are the kinds of questions we'll address.

3. Setting up a test environment

Within a week of our consultation, we'll set up your test environment. Not an empty environment, but one that's ready to use: with a sample selection of products, working features, and an initial design. This way, you can immediately see how the system works in practice.

4. Explanatory session by a senior consultant

Once your trial environment is ready, you'll receive an explanation and demonstration session from the same consultant. This is a standard part of the onboarding process. It's not a general presentation, but focused on your setup, so you can continue independently.

5. Get started yourself for a month

After that, it's up to you. You'll have 30 days access to the trial environment to test, fine-tune, and customize the system to your needs. Add products, adjust styling, set rules. All without obligation.
Have questions or need assistance during this period? We're here for you. In most cases, there's no extra charge. Only for ongoing support or intensive requests will we work together to determine the best fit.

6. Final discussion

At the end of the month, you'll have a phone call with the consultant. We'll discuss your experiences, answer any final questions, and together we'll determine if i-Reserve is the right fit. If the answer is yes, we'll effortlessly convert the trial environment into your live environment.

During the explanation and implementation session, you won't just sit back and listen; you'll actively participate! We believe in collaboration, not just listening.

What can you expect from a training?

  • You will receive a basic layout of your furnishings in advance

  • The session usually lasts one hour (longer is always possible).
  • Online there are unlimited participants possible (but we recommend a maximum of 2-3 people for overview)
  • You choose the time yourself, all available times are easy to book yourself.
