Do I also pay per reservation?
No. You pay a fixed monthly fee per licence, from Bronze to Platinum. No cost per booking, so no surprises afterwards.
Is there a limit on the number of reservations?
That depends on your licence: from 250 (Bronze) to 15,000 (Platinum) reservations per month. Need more? Then we'll look at a Managed licence.
Why isn't i-Reserve free?
For a fixed fee you get a system that is continuously being developed, with new features that become available automatically. With 100 reservations per month you can easily save €300 per month.
Can I connect to my accounting software or calendar?
Yes. Accounting integrations (Exact, Moneybird, SnelStart, Twinfield) via the Export and administration module; Google Calendar and Outlook included as standard.
Do my customers need to create an account?
Not necessarily. You decide: no account, always an account, automatically created, or optional. Logging in with Google or Facebook is also possible.
Switching from Resengo or another system?
We bring over your reservations, customers and settings and set up your environment. Within four weeks of your go-ahead you’re running on i-Reserve, without your business standing still.
What does implementation cost?
Setup is part of your plan. What exactly it involves depends on your situation, and we discuss it in the first conversation. That way you know where you stand up front. To make it easy, we’ve already put together a few commonly used implementation packages.
